Municipal regulatory plans

The General Town Planning Plan is one of the territorial planning documents used by Municipalities to regulate the use and transformation of its territory and the related resources.
Its task is to foresee the characteristics of population and economic development in the municipal territory and to provide guidelines (a plan and a budget) for the realization of public works (at the service of the community) and for the actions of individuals (at the exclusive service of the individual citizens).
All this has to consider existing structures (railway lines, highways, roads, industries, countries, neighborhoods, cities, environment), which may have a provincial or regional value. It is a strong instrument with great political content.

Regional landscape plan

The PPR aims to integrate the protection and enhancement of the landscape in the processes of territorial transformation, also as a significant lever for the competitiveness of the regional economy.
